- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was at this place the other day to ship two packages. The guy who took care of me was polite and all. He said he was offering me the cheapest rates available for my packages, so I decided to go ahead and pay since I had to ship them that day. The price seemed to be a little high but I didn't think much of it. I went home and double check online if what I had paid was the right price. Checked USPS and FedEx, and both places quoted way cheaper prices for my packages. I guess these guys weren't really giving me the most affordable options. I feel like I got robbed honestly. I went to The Shipping Store and explained the situation and immediately the manager refunded my shipping cost and opened a claim with USPS for resolution.
