  We been with them going on two years. We have a 2011 equinox pay 108.00 2003 chey van 58.00 a month. We bought a 2004 four door Honda Accord. We call to add the Honda and to get a quote on life insurance. They are actually wanting to charge us twice the amount a month for the Honda (295.00 a month )than what we pay for the two other vehicles we have. ( mind you one of them is a 2011). All we wanted was lieablablty. Really? When we only pay 108 00 a month for full coverage on the 2011. Then they said 100.00 extra month for life insurance. Now we are only in our 40's and don't smoke. They claimed the reason it will be high on this car is bc we had two claims. Asked what claims? They said bc we used our road assistance that WE PAY !! for every month. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING?!!! so another words they want you to pay all these extra but you can't use them, otherwise you will get screwed by them. I called around and everyone I talked to said road assistance isn't a claim. And life insurance on two 40 yr Olds is too high. I can't understand why we would have to pay more for a family car that is valued less then our 2011 equinox. Before you all give them your money ask questions first. State Farm is about THEMSELVES, NOT THE PEOPLE!!!

  Yes they are nice and will help you anyway. But don't count on them to write your policy correctly. The one time I need my insurance I was told I was covered. But when it came time to pay the insurance agent wrote the policy incorrect and I am left with nothing. Hell I cant even get a rental vehicle now. Steer away from this office.
