  Should have a choice for no stars!!! Don't waste your time here. Oh and they let you in by seats... I was with my brother and my son. We were next in line waiting outside while it was raining. My son is small and she said only two people could come in so instead of waiting for an extra seat she was trying to take people after us. STUPID!!!! I said my son could sit in my lap but nope. .

  Was dreading this trip to the DPS because of all the bad reviews. I arrived at 7:30am and was already 10th in line when I arrived. The DPS opened their doors promptly at 8:00am and we filed in line into the building. The receptionist was pleasant and had a stack of forms ready for people who needed it. While you file into the seating room they give you a number. They called my number in 15 minutes. I had all my forms filled out before I went to the DPS (from their website), and made sure I had the ID with me I needed. The lady at the desk was very pleasant, thanked me for having the correct change, and wished me a good day. Total time at DPS was one hour between waiting to open and being serviced. All in all a good experience, it pays to be prepared.

  It's a great place to go for the driving test, since main parts of it are back streets with very few cars. The part that horrible with this place is that it has a very small seating area and won't let you stand inside the building at all until there is seating, which means standing outdoors for 25min. in 95 degree days, but if you are lucky and catch it when it's not busy, you can get in and out of there pretty quickly by DMV standards.
